Urfi Javed Gives A Fitting Reply To Trolls Who Preach Her About Clothes And Religion; 'What If Your Religion Is Islam, Mine Is Freedom?'
Urfi Javed opens up about people trolling her for her choice of outfits and preaching about religion
Bigg Boss OTT fame Urfi Javed has been making headlines for her social media posts. Urfi is active on Instagram and keeps treating fans with her mesmerising selfies and jaw-dropping photoshoot pics. There are times she gets trolled for her choice of outfits, but the trolls don't affect her and she slays all the time. In a recent interview, Urfi opened up about people trying to preach to her about clothes and religion. She also shared that she don't believe in Islam and the reason behind it.
Urfi said, "I feel a lot of things in Islam are a big regressive but so are other religions as well. The world is changing at a very fast pace but religions are not and just because of that reason some people are lagging behind. I don't like the fact that Islam allows four weddings. Triple talaq was banned and I think it was for the best."
She further mentioned that she gets many messages on social media where people try to preach her about clothes and religion. "They tell me how I should be dressed up. But I want to tell them what if your religion is Islam, mine is freedom. Am I forcing my religion on you, no right? then why are you forcing your thoughts or religion on me," she said. Adding to that, she said that she doesn't believe in any religion but she takes good points from every religion. "I've read Ramayan, Quran and I've tried to read the Bible also," she said.
"God has never told people what to wear or to fight with each other, we humans are busy dictating each other. No religion teaches hatred, I believe every religion is man made and hence I don't believe in any of them, but I do take good things from each one of them," she added.
Urfi is known for playing the role of Avni in Bade Bhaiyaa Ki Dulhania, Aarti in Meri Durga and Bella in Bepannaah and Mira in Puncch Beach Season 2. She was last seen in Karan Johar-hosted show Bigg Boss OTT.
