It is being reported that Rahul Mahajan separated from his third wife Natalya Ilina, a year ago, the couple has now filed for divorce
Former pilot and reality show star Rahul Mahajan has made a name for himself in the entertainment industry because of his participation in reality shows. Over the years he has made it to the headlines for getting short-lived marriages as well. Having tied the knot in 2018 with his third wife Natalya Ilina, it is being reported that the couple has been living apart for almost a year.
According to a report by ABP News, after 5 years of blissful marriage the couple has decided to part ways due to their compatibility issues. The media publications quoted a source by ETimes stating that Rahul and Natalya filed for a divorce last year itself. Despite stretching their marriage as long as they could, they couldn’t save their relationship due to their compatibility issues they faced ever since the beginning of their marriage. The source added, “They parted ways last year and filed for divorce.”
When asked about the news, Rahul refused to comment on it and expressed that he doesn’t want to “discuss what's happening in my personal life even with my friends.” he signed off by stating that he is doing well. One of his close friends told the leading publication that he was completely shattered after separating from his third wife. The friend told ETimes, “He was not in a great state last year. Now, he is hoping to find love. He has also decided to not talk about his personal life due to his past experiences.”
For the unversed, he is the son of late politician Pramod Mahajan. The 48-year-old entertainer first tied the knot with Shweta Singh (2006-2008). They attended the same flying school in the US and worked in Jet Airways together. After his first divorce, he went on to get married to Dimpy Ganguly in 2010, on the reality show ‘‘Rahul Dulhaniya Le Jayega.’ They even participated on the reality show Nach Baliye together. However they decided to end their marriage in 2015, and Dimpy had accused Rahul of domestic violence. He had last appeared on-screen with Natalya in Smart Jodi, a reality show focused on married couples.
