As per a report from News18 Showsha, Munmun, 36, and Raj, 27, sealed their commitment in a private ceremony held earlier this month in Gujarat, with close family members in attendance.
Rumors about their relationship have been circulating for a while, with insiders revealing that both families have long supported their bond. A source close to the actors disclosed to News18, "The engagement happened recently. They exchanged rings in Vadodara (Gujarat). Munmun and Raj’s families have embraced their relationship and were present at the ceremony." The source also mentioned, "They've been together since Raj joined 'Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.' It was quite obvious; everyone on the sets knew about it. In fact, many believed that Munmun and Raj would eventually tie the knot. So, their engagement doesn't come as a surprise."
However, in the wake of engagement rumours, Munmun Dutta's sources finally speak out, debunking the alleged news of her engagement to Raj Anadkat as entirely false. Yes, the news turns out to be untrue and soon Tappu and Babita ji of the show would give clarification on the on going rumours.
