Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is one of the most-watched serials on Indian television. Starring Harshad Chopda and Pranali Rathod in the lead, the makers of the show are currently telling the story of Abhimanyu and Akshara. Well, just like the previous lead actors, the current one too has an ever growing fanbase.
While their fans have been hoping that the characters can get back together again and their AbiRa ship can sail again, another section of fans have been manifesting that Harshad and Pranali would get together in real life. In their recent interview with Telly Chakkar, the actors were asked to comment on the same and their reactions to the question is currently going viral on social media.
When asked about the dating rumours, both the actors were left confused as they had never heard or read anything like this before. Harshad jokingly wonders if this was the reason why media is not allowed on the set. He goes on to stress that he has never heard such a rumour before, to which Pranali adds that she is aware of all the fan clubs Be it AbiRa or HarshAli, but she has never once come across such a dating rumour.
For the unversed, the rumours started doing the rounds in 2022, when it was reported that the actors were inseparable on the set. It had been reported that they shared a very deep friendship which sparked speculation that they might be dating in real-life. This is not the first time Harshad’s relationship with his female co-stars have done rounds on the internet.
