Heavy rains in Mumbai have brought TV shoots to a grinding halt. Actress Aishwarya Sakhuja who shoots for her show Yeh Hai Chahatein in Naigaon was on her way when the actress was informed to take a u-turn.

Actress Aishwarya Sakhuja who shoots for her show Yeh Hai Chahatein in Naigaon was on her way when the actress was informed to take a u-turn. She was informed that the shoot had been called off. Aishwarya took her Instagram Stories to give an update to others and also requested everyone to stay safe at home.
Sharing her selfie videos from the car, while stuck in a traffic jam, Aishwarya said, "Little pleasures of your life. When you finally move away from traffic and you get to know your shoot has been cancelled.” In another video she says, "I step down from my house around 6:15 to be at my set around 7:30. It usually takes me an hour to reach but today I saw a lot of destruction on the road because of crazy rains that happened last night onwards. Trees had fallen down, landslide on the main road near Kandivali and heavy traffic ahead in my route. So, I would request people to stay home and stay safe and avoid stepping out of the house.”
Mumbai city has been witnessing heavy rainfall since last night after which several areas in Mumbai have been flooded. Also traffic on the Western Express Highway (WEH) near Kandivli has been severely affected due to a landslide amid heavy overnight rains. The landslide has slowed down vehicular movement on one side which has also resulted in heavy traffic on the highway.
Coming back to Yeh Hai Chahatein, the show stars Sargun Kaur Luthra and Abrar Qazi in main leads. Whereas, Aishwarya Sakhuja plays the character of Ahaana Khurana in the show.
