STAR Plus has stopped the shoot of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai as an actor, Sachin Tyagi and a few more crew members on the set have tested positive for Covid-19
Another show on television has come to a halt, no thanks to COVID-19. This time it's Rajan Shahi's Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hain. The show, starring Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan as the main leads, was being shot at the Filmcity set till 10 this morning. However, the shoot has been halted as SpotboyE.com hears that actor Sachin Tyagi, who essays the role of Manish Goenka, Kartik's father and a few crew members on the set have tested positive for COVID-19.
A source informs SpotboyE.com exclusively, "Sachin Tyagi was running fever and hence he got himself tested. His results came day before, after which a few other crew members who also felt symptoms, got themselves tested. Some of them came negative and some positive. As of now, more members of the show including actors have got their tests done and now they are waiting for the results." We tried contacting producer Rajan Shahi but could get through until the story went up. Meanwhile, Sachin told us on call, "I can't say anything on this and request you to get in touch with the productions." In the show, right now, Sachin's track is goin on where he has met with an accident and has lost his memory, going back years, behaving like a child.
