Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai Controversy: Not Just Hina Khan-Karan Mehra, But Even Kanchi Singh-Rohan Mehra Were NOT Invited- EXCLUSIVE
4 stars of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai did NOT find themselves on the guestlist of Rajan Shahi to sway to the music of 3000 episodes- not just Hina but even Karan, Kanchi and Rohan in the not-invited list
So, Team Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai celebrated completion of 3,000 episodes. Fair enough. And, Hina Khan has chosen to not talk about the fact that the show's producer Rajan Shahi did not invite her to raise the toast at his residence. On the same count, Karan Mehra has been diplomatic to say, "No hard feelings," and talking EXCLUSIVELY to SpotboyE.com the other day, he said, "Bulaya, nahin bulaya, why are we holding a gun on someone's head?". Fair enough, again? Not really.
Hina and Karan were two MAIN pillars of the show. Post their dispute, Shahi has not yet categorically gone on record to spell out his lament over Hina's exit, we do know that the fallout was ugly and there have been various theories and source-based stories regarding the reason on various platforms including ours. But isn't it only ethical that if someone has so hugely contributed to your product's quality, you acknowledge him/her for the same? Shahi, in his interviews, avoids taking Hina's name! This I think is a bit too much.

But pray, why has it gone unnoticed that Kanchi Singh and her boyfriend Rohan Mehra (the two other PILLARS in the show, then), were also left out.
Mind well, this is not to undermine Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan, who are DEFINITELY now the new pillars and Shahi is high on their popularity. But is there a pattern here? Is it that those who left Yeh Rishta on a discordant note were omitted from the guestlist?
Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai? Sad that it's Yeh Rishta Kuch Bhi Nahi Kehlata Hai after working for so long together for long hours. Mind well, I have huge respect for Shahi and he certainly doesn't need to validate it. Just wanted to tell him that he was WRONG in not inviting Hina, Karan, Kanchi and Rohan. Can we decrease the hate around us? If Shahi had invited these four and whether they had turned up or not, I bet he would have been putting his head on the pillow every night with a swelled up chest.
