Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: No Replacement For Shivangi Joshi-Mohsin Khan's On-screen Son Kairav, Here's How He Will Shoot- EXCLUSIVE
With the new regulations about shooting, child artistes below 10 are not allowed to shoot. But Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai makers have figured out how to retain their little actor Kairav- Shivangi and Mohsin's on-screen son
Though the Government has allowed shoots to resume with precautionary measures, yet child artist below 10 and senior citizens are not allowed to shoot on the sets considering their safety. This has led to many replacements and exit of child artists who were integral part of the show.
However, makers of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai have come up with an innovative idea to retain their beloved Kairav aka Tanmay Rishi Shah in the show. The child actor will be very much part of the story and will shoot with his on-screen mummy-papa, Kartik and Naira played by Shivangi Joshi and Mohsin Khan on video calls.
The audience is excitedly waiting for the fresh episodes of the popular show and some are also very keen to know if Kairav will be seen with them as he is below 10, well, the answer is yes. We spoke to Tanmay on call who is currently vacationing at his Nani's place in Alwar.
The little one said, "Due to lockdown, I have come to my Nani's place and enjoying the vacations but at the same time I am missing going on the sets and shooting with Shivangi Didi and Mohsin Bhaiya. Now, I will shoot from here on the phone. Today, I also shot with Mohsin Bhaiya on video call. He calls me and I tell him, "Hi papa, how are you?.""
A source close to the show reveals to us, "Looking at his popularity, channel has decided that Tanmay will not get replaced and will shoot from his place on the phone. He will have all his scenes where he is connecting with his onscreen parents on video calls until he gets permission to shoot on the set full fledged."
Talking about the upcoming track of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, Shivangi Joshi will be seen playing a double role - Naira and Tina. The makers have already released a promo recently and fans have started showing their excitement for it.
