Produced by Rajan Shahi, Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Starring Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha Homnukhe, and Shivam Khajuria in pivotal roles, the show is one of the most-watched shows that often tops the weekly TRP charts. Today’s episode starts with Manisha complimenting Abhira on her outfit. Armaan takes her from there so that they don’t get late to the party. Kaveri asks Kajal why she isn’t ready for the party and she tells her mother that Sanjay is busy with work so they won’t be able to go. Ruhi asks if she can go to the party on behalf of Kajal and Vidya encourages her to do so. Manisha gets worried about Armaan and Abhira.

As they reach the venue, Abhira’s heels break so she leaves them in the car. They reach the entrance of the party when the man says that Abhira isn’t allowed inside without footwear. Armaan asks her what happened to her heels and she says they broke. Armaan supports Abhira by removing his own shoes and the man lets them go inside. A few people at the party praise Armaan for supporting his wife. Ruhi gets upset after witnessing this. Back at the Poddar mansion, Manisha starts complaining about Sanjay and urges Kajal to tell Kaveri the truth about her relationship, however, when the latter asks Kajal lies to her.


Back at the party, Charu sees Armaan and Abhira. She plans to return home early and Dev agrees to take her. The couple dance competition begins where Armaan and Abhira participate. As the announcers ask the couples to change their partners, Ruhi takes Abhira’s place. Armaan and Ruhi start dancing closely to each other. Abhira sees them and gets shocked. She then sees Charu and goes to meet her. While Dev goes Charu and Abhira talk about her doing an internship without letting anyone know. Charu asks Abhira to promise her to keep this a secret. Abhira tells her that while she doesn’t support lying, she will not tell the Poddars about Charu doing a job. Abhira enters the event again and sees that Ruhi and Armaan are still dancing. 

As she angrily goes to the parking lot, Armaan follows her and tries to pacify her. They both dance in the parking lot. Ruhi looks for them. Ruhi interrupts their time together and informs them that the winner of the competition will be announced soon. Ruhi and Armaan are declared as winners, which leaves Abhira shocked. People start gossiping about Armaan winning a dance trophy with someone else as he was hesitant to dance with his wife. Abhira falls and Armaan rushes towards her.

In the upcoming episode, Ruhi heaps praises on Armaan as she takes care of Abhira. She goes as far as to tell her that she and Armaan will take care of her. Ruhi gives Armaan colouring books to help with his stress. When Abhira asks him about it, he says the books are his, but a receipt with Ruhi’s name falls down.
