Produced by Rajan Shahi, Star Plus’ show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai has been running successfully for almost 15 years now. Starring Samridhii Shukla, Shehzada Dhami, Pratiksha Homnukhe, and Shivam Khajuria in pivotal roles, the show is one of the most-watched shows that often tops the weekly TRP charts. In the last few episodes, it was seen that after finding out about Armaan and Ruhi’s unrequited love story, Rohit runs away from the house due to guilt. Abhira calls him back home, however, he gets into an accident and goes missing. 

Today’s episode starts with Abhira telling Armaan that Rohit’s car fell down from the bridge and the police are unable to find his missing brother. He goes in shock and refuses to believe Abhira. As Abhira tries to make Armaan believe her, Ruhi overhears everything and goes from there. She rushes home and sees everyone excitedly preparing for Rohit’s return. As Vidya excitedly tells Ruhi that she is glowing, Manisha suggests that they should send them on a honeymoon soon. Ruhi goes from there too. On the other hand, Armaan gets into the car so that he can go meet Madhav. Abhira tells him that she will drive the car for him and he is not in the right state of mind. 


They reach the police station and rush inside to meet Madhav. As Ruhi prays for Rohit’s safe return, a devastated Madhav tells Armaan that Rohit is missing. Armaan consoles his father and tells him that they will find him. They rush back home where everyone is eagerly waiting for Rohit. Vidya breaks down after knowing that Rohit is missing. Dadi consoles Madhav. Ruhi blames herself. As Armaan tries to convince Vidya to come out, Manish tells him to let her deal with her grief alone. Manish consoles Armaan.

In the upcoming episode of the show, Abhira consoles Armaan and Ruhi, she takes care of them. She feeds Armaan a candy, which Ruhi sees. Armaan asks Abhira to feed Vidya food. He goes on to tell her that she isn’t family to which she agrees and tells him that she is just a guest at their house.
