HIT OR FLOP: Bigg Boss 13, Yeh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka, Naagin 4 Or Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah?
We return with our weekly column to tell you guys which show managed to hold on to its position on the charts and which failed to do so. A quick look at the Top 10 shows of Week 53
That usual Thursday when tempers run high, and production houses await with bated breath to know where their show stands on the TRP chart. Even the viewers are waiting in anticipation to see if their favourite show has managed to gain a good position on the list. So let’s dig in to see which series is ruling the roost and which show has been chucked out.
First and foremost, Bigg Boss 13 stays put on the 8th position and clearly, the contestants’ fights and PDA are helping boost the TRPs.
Move the Naagins aside, Kundali Bhagya stays put on the number 1 slot for the 2nd time in a row. Guess who’s grabbed the 2nd spot replacing Naagin 4? Star Screen Awards 2020 it is! The awards nite that was held on Dec 31 raked in good TRPs. So naturally, Naagin 4 has been pushed to the 3rd slot this time. But we’re sure Ekta is still happy that the fourth instalment is grabbing good eyeballs.
Yeh Jaadu Hai Jinn Ka is stable on No. 4 while Choti Sardarni climbs up from the 6th to the 5th spot this time. Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah has witnessed a drop from the 3rd to the 6th position. Surprisingly, Kumkum Bhagya has also been going downwards as it takes the 7th spot. Next in line is the most controversial reality show on-air at the moment, Bigg Boss 13.
And finally, Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai takes up the last ie. the 10th spot on the list.
