Bigg Boss 14 has not even completed its first week, however, one of the contestants from the Season, is already making noise. And we bring to you the candid interview of the actress.
That contestant is Nikki Tamboli, who is grabbing a lot of limelight this season, due to her fights, tantrums and much more. Before entering the house, the south actress had an exclusive video chat with us and here's what all she revealed to us:
How would you describe yourself?
I am a very emotional, strong and fun-loving person. I find myself bubbly, naughty, mischievous but full of positivity.
We hear you were approached for the show earlier also?
Last year also I was offered Bigg Boss 13 but I couldn't say yes as I was shooting for one of my films in Hyderabad. But I have always been a huge fan of Bigg Boss, so, I was praying that next year also they would come to me with this opportunity and that happened. To maine bina soche samjhe turant haan bol diya.
Which season or winner has been your favourite till now and why?
There are two- first is Gauahar Khan and second is Sidharth Shukla. Both are very strong personalities and the kind of person I am, I can relate to them completely.
And both of them are going to be inside the house with you?
I know and this has increased my excitement level. I am going to have a really good time with them. The moment I will meet Sidharth I will tell him that you are very handsome and I love mature people. And I like such people.
You are yet to make your Bollywood debut and amidst of that you choose to do this controversial show. Don't you feel it may impact your career?
I am a person who believes jaisa aap sochte ho waisa aapke saath hota hai. I am not going with a mind set that this show will make or break my career. I am going only for my fans who want to know who is Nikki Tamboli? How is her nature? How does she live? What does she like to wear and more. So, without any negative thought I am going in and I am sure I will not regret my decision. There are a lot of examples who have done great in their careers after coming out whereas there are many who didn't do anything. But again that depends on person to person-how you take your life journey ahead.
Your Instagram handle already declares you as the hottest contestant...
Absolutely, a lot of my friends are really very excited to see me inside especially for my fashion sense.
How much efforts have you put to look different from others?
Too much. I have been torturing all my stylists because I really have to look good. Not only for Salman Sir or my fans but for myself also. I love to look gorgeous all the time, so, I have actually put in a lot of effort for all the outfits that I will be wearing.
Bigg Boss luggage bag hardly gives you space to fill it with all you want to carry. So, how difficult it was for you to decide what to carry and what not?
Main aapko sach bataun main aur meri Mom ne luggage ke upar baithkar chain band kari hai. There is too many things and whatever I am taking in is best.
Are you good at household chores?
I know all household work. Right from cleaning to cooking. But ghar ke andar sara kaam main nahi karungi. I have a very helping nature. But at the sametime I will show tantrums as I can't be easily available for everything.
What if someone you don't like from your past will be locked with you inside?
I will avoid that person completely and will not give that person any kind of footage. I will interact with the new people instead.
Are you single?
Yes, I am single.
What if you find a match inside?
I will consider that relationship. Feelings and emotions are true and nobody falls in love with the intentions of doing time pass. And when you share such a long time with somebody so feelings automatically generate. I am open for a relationship and I will not keep myself tied. Agar koi pasand aata hai, toh why not?
What suggestions your parents have given to you?
My Dad has been constantly saying do not share bed with anyone and I am telling him bed sharing hona chahiye. Kyunki it will be fun, agar kisi se jhagde aur uska boyfriend aakar mere bed pe aa jaaye to unke beech jhagde honge. Ladki possesive ho jaayegi, whole drama will be created. Mujhe drama karna aur draame mein rehna bhaut pasand hai. So, its going to be fun.
So, if people start addressing you as a drama queen. You will not have a problem?
Not at all. Agar main hoon to hoon.
What if makers get your past out on national TV?
Bhagvaan ne zubaan di hai mujhe, so main uske upar baatein karungi. Stand lungi apne liye. I am not a dumb girl, so I will also try to clear things if required. I can face such situations easlily.
