Nach Baliye 9: Vishal Aditya Singh Speaks Out, "I Was In Love With Madhurima Tuli, I Don't Love Her Now"
Ex-flames Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli are in the news since their participation on the couple-based dance reality show, Nach Baliye 9. Vishal's recent flare-up on stage took everyone by surprise. SpotboyE.com engaged in a conversation with the actor wherein he spoke about his current equation with former girlfriend Madhurima and also revealed the reason for participating on the show
Vishal Aditya Singh and Madhurima Tuli's equation is making headlines ever since their participation in Nach Baliye 9 was announced. The former flames have come under one roof for this couple-based dance reality show, but all is not well between the two as yet. Vishal’s flare-up on stage and Madhurima’s responses have created a lot of buzz already. Recently, talking to a daily, Madhurima had said, “We were friendly post our break-up and there were no issues between us. But the Vishal I see on the show isn’t the one I knew earlier. He seems to be getting better but I was as surprised as others to see his comments and reactions. I never expected animosity from him. This is a different personality from the one I knew of".
And now, we produce another exclusive interview of the Chandrakanta actor who is in no mood to reconcile with his Ex Madhurima Tuli. During promotions of the reality show, Vishal spoke to us candidly and disclosed his equation with the lady and also revealed as to what went wrong between the two.
What was your reaction when you got a call to participate with Madhurima on the show?
My first reaction was "Nahi karna hai mujhe". Because it is very tough to participate with someone who is your ex. If you have to do a show with your current girlfriend its fine, but if you have to dance with your ex, then there is intimacy involved. And people are going to judge you on how well the chemistry is between the two. So I think if chemistry would have been there, then break-up would not have happened. So its better that I don't participate as I myself wasn't comfortable. I am the kind of person who lives his character outside the set as well. Plus here it is a reality show so how should I hide things and do? But they convinced me till the last moment and I accepted the offer.
Nowadays people share a good rapport with their exes. Are you one of them?
Until my last break-up, it used to happen that I was in touch with all my exes. As I believe if you have really loved someone and for some reason you get separated, it doesn't mean we turn foes for each other. But in my case, my past girlfriends couldn't maintain that friendly relation. And it happened with me, so I decided ex is an ex. Friendship and love relationship are two different things. Lovers can't be friends, if not together anymore.
Why did you choose Madhurima over your other girlfriends to dance with you?
We had a fresh break-up and before her the girl with whom I was involved, we had separated like many years ago. And most importantly, makers wanted only Madhurima to be my partner so I couldn't help it.
Did Madhurima get convinced easily to dance with you?
She immediately said yes. In fact, I ran away 7-8 times from the channel during the discussion that no I don't want to do it with her.
Why?
What should I tell you. Our thoughts don't match at all. I have worked with her in Chandrakanta. She is on some other tangent all the time. I am a person who truly believes that no one is perfect and one has to accept the person the way he or she is. And somewhere I knew its not the case with her, so going ahead it will create a lot of issues between us. And with such things we can't enjoy our work. I have left everything at my hometown to do something big here and will not do something just for the sake of it. If I am participating in this show, I want to win the title. And it is not dependent on one individual, as here it is about the jodi.
What is the one reason of differences between you two?
With this temper issue, will you guys be able to become the winners of the show?
I was in love with her. I am not in love with her now. So I will handle situations accordingly to create flow.
How good a dancer have you become after participation?
I have danced only in weddings and birthday parties before. In my childhood, my mother used to always make me dance on occasions just like every other parent. But I have not learnt anything professionally. So now when I have to dance on beats its really very tough.
Any plans of impressing Salman Khan by dancing on his number?
Jhoka hawa ka aaj bhi zulfe udata hoga na from Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam.
