Actor Prabhas and filmmaker SS Rajamouli charmed the entire nation with their collaboration for Baahubali series. The duo created fireworks on the silver screen and got the box office figures ringing like never before. Today as the film, Baahubali 2: The Conclusion released in 2017 clocked 3 years of its release, actor Prabhas penned a long post on his Instagram account thanking his entire team and fans for the love this film received making it a humongous hit across the nation.
Released on April 28, 2017, made on the budget of Rs. 250 crore as per Wikipedia page, it minted Rs.1,810 crore at the box office. With the release of its first part titled Baahubali: The Beginning in 2015, it had left the audience’s on a hook. Thus, the anticipation for the sequel revealing the truth was always high till its following part hit the theatres in 2017. Thus, today reminiscing this day, Prabhas penned a thank you post and also shared a behind the scene image.
Prabhas’ post read, “Baahubali 2 was not just a film that the nation loved but also, the biggest film of my life. And, I’m grateful to my fans, team and director S. S Rajamouli who made it one of the most memorable projects. Baahubali 2 completes three years and I’m delighted for all the love the film and I have received.”
