Adnan Sami Slams Pakistan PM Imran Khan Over His CAA Remarks; Says ‘Muslims Are Very Proud And Happy Here’
The debate regarding the Citizenship (Amendment) Act has been creating a lot of discomfort in the country. Over the days, many people have voiced their opinions against CAA and have also taken out on the streets to protest against it. Recently, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan passed comments over India's Citizenship (Amendment) Act and sympathized over the situation in the country. Upset with it the remarks of the Prime Minister of Pakistan, singer Adnan Sami took to his social media to slam the Pakistan PM Imran Khan.

After Pakistan Prime Minister took to his Twitter to pass comments on the ongoing situation regarding the Citizenship (Amendment) Act, singer Adnan Sami took to his Twitter and slammed the Prime Minister of Pakistan. Sami penned down two tweets directed towards Imran Khan’s recent remarks and other citizens of Pakistan who are talking about the CAA debate. Adnan Sami’s tweet read, “Dear Pakis who have uninvitedly thrusted themselves into the CAA discussion... Firstly, if ur advocating 4 Muslims, then 1st accept that them wanting to leave you, defeats the purpose of ur existence!  2ndly, if ur so worried about the Muslims, open ur borders for them or S***!!,” addressing the situation. The singer briefly directed his tweet towards Pakistan and asked them to first accept that the Muslims there want to leave the country and accept the defeat and urged them to open border if they care at all. In his second tweet, Adnan Sami also wrote, “And much to your disappointment, Muslims are very proud and happy here!" In his tweet, Sami mentioned how Muslims are very proud in India and happy as well.

Meanwhile, Adnan Sami was earlier a citizen of Pakistan and was granted the citizenship of India in the year 2015.
