Sushant Singh Rajput's death has affected many. There are several reports of his fans taking their lives post his demise. Now, a report in Mumbai Mirror suggests that a 45-year-old woman took her own life as she was affected by the loss she suffered in PMC Bank scam and also Sushant's demise. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, Rachana Seth, a resident of Mulund was found hanging her apartment on July 1 and her family has shared that she was suffering from panic attacks due to the monetary loss they faced. Sushant's demise made her condition worse, says the family.

Vishal Seth, the husband of the deceased, was quoted saying by the tabloid, "She had been in a bad state since the time the PMC scam came to light. The situation deteriorated in the past one month, especially after Sushant Singh Rajput's death." The family lost around Rs 15 Lakh in PMC Bank Scam and Rachana suffered panic attacks soon after, as revealed by the family. "For the past couple of weeks, she was carrying a chunni with her. We were always worried she would do something like this," said Vishal as reported by Mumbai Mirror.

As per Rachana Seth's daughter Kashish, her mother's condition got worse post Diwali. She also spoke about how not having means to pay fees for her flight attendant course added to Rachana's guilt. The daughter revealed that the deceased was in a panic state on the day of her demise and wanted to go to PMC bank to talk to the officials.
