After a long break and wait, the cricket fans are now super thrilled to see their favourite players back on the field, smashing some old records while making a new one in the latest edition of Indian Premier League 2020. After it was announced that the IPL 2020 which was scheduled for March, will be happening in September, all the cricket players soon headed to UAE for their practice sessions before the start of IPL 2020 matches. Having said that, the official Twitter handles of every team have been sharing some net practice videos and pictures. Speaking of which, we recently came across a video of Chennai Super Kings which was shared on their official handle where we see all the players rigorously working hard but the captain of CSK Mahendra Singh Dhoni seemed all chilled and relaxed.
In the video, amidst the practice, we see MS Dhoni in a cheerful mood as he does some masti while wicketkeeping. Instead of catching the ball, he funnily bats the ball with his gloves. As they are gearing up for the league, there were reports suggesting that a few members of CSK have tested positive for Coronavirus, following which, the entire team has been put under quarantine. Reports also mentioned that it will take some time for the cricketers to begin with their practice sessions, however, looking at the recent video of them practising, it seems everything is fine now.
Meanwhile, ahead of the league, the former Indian skipper and the captain of Chennai Super Kings, MS Dhoni also underwent a COVID-19 test as a precautionary measure. As per reports, Dhoni's test reports have come negative.
