Bhojpuri Actor Pawan Singh Quits Ashneer Grover’s Reality Show ‘Rise And Fall’: Reveals He Was Never Officially Part Of The Show!

Bhojpuri superstar Pawan Singh has reportedly walked out of the reality show Rise And Fall just 14 days after its premiere, surprising many fans. This follows the recent exit of wrestler Sangeeta Phogat, who left the show on September 11 after the death of her father-in-law. 

Although no formal statement has been issued, a source close to the production told IANS that Pawan Singh’s family came to the show's set to receive him. Singh allegedly informed the other contestants that he had never been an official participant, but was present only briefly. 

Since his arrival on the show, Pawan had stirred things up in the house, quickly becoming a standout figure. He was even dubbed the “TRP king” due to his strong impact on viewership. 

In one episode, Singh hinted at a romantic relationship—without naming her—revealing that after working closely with a female co-star over time, they developed a “close bond.” But he added later that marriage was impossible because his family did not approve. Rumours suggest he was talking about Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh. 

On the personal front, Pawan, who remarried Jyoti Singh in 2018, is said to be in the midst of a divorce process. The couple filed for divorce back in 2022, but it has yet to be finalised. Regarding this, Singh said, “Pariwar ne kahi aur basaya. Woh zindagi basa toh usme v dhakka laga. Woh mera matter talaak mai chal raha hai,” which translates roughly to: “My family placed me elsewhere. If someone builds a life, there are also challenges. My matter is heading toward divorce.”
