Cricketer Ajinkya Rahane And Wife Radhika Are Now A Family Of Three, Couple Blessed With A Baby Girl

Indian cricketer Ajinkya Rahane has stepped into the new phase of his life. He along with his wife Radhika has welcomed an angel into their lives. The couple is over the moon as they became proud parents of a baby girl, who arrived on Saturday, September 5. In 2014, Rahane married his childhood friend Radhika Dhopavkar and since then, the couple has been setting couple goals every time they post a picture together. The couple sends netizens into tizzy with their social media PDA. Rahane and Radhika first met in school and remained friends for quite some time before they decided to walk down the aisle.

On Sunday morning, Rahane woke up to the heartwarming news in Visakhapatnam where he is playing the first Test against South Africa. Harbhajan Singh took to social media to congratulate the new Daddy. In his tweet, the cricketer wrote, "Congratulations new daddy in town @ajinkyarahane88 hope Mum and lil princess ?? are doing well.. fun part of life starts now ajju. #fatherhood.”

Earlier, Radhika posted a picture of her pregnant self, where she gave some tips on the much-needed supplements to all the expecting women. Flaunting the baby bump, Radhika had written in the caption, “Have more of milk and milk products. Don’t have that much coffee. And are you taking the supplements you need?

Being pregnant means being ready for extra care and extra attention from just about everyone. And the flood of information can only make things confusing. I have found it helpful to stick to the basics and keep track of my daily nutrient intake. Among all nutrients, I got to know how adequate iodine is essential for an expecting mother as well as the baby since first 1000 days of life are considered to be the critical period for Brain development for which Iodine is an essential nutrient.. Thankfully, Tata Salt with iodine is already a part of my diet. Thus, I am not #MissingI. @desh_ka_namak Requesting all mothers @momspresso to pledge their support in raising awareness for #MissingI”

Congratulations to the couple.
