He came in wearing the most uncomfortable shorts teamed with a white t-shirt. But that’s not what we want to discuss! Our attention got pulled by Dan’s funky, orange watch. A little R&D on web and our jaws dropped knowing the price of this watch. His orange watch is of a limited edition and it is not produced anymore.
Dan was sporting a Richard Mille RM11-03 with orange strap. This watch was co-designed with the engineers and designers from McLaren and the makers only made 500 pieces of it. Of course, with the high-tech features, this limited edition watch came with a hefty price tag. It was launched in 2018 and was being sold $191,500 or in today's money, Rs 1,36,00,000. Yes, that’s beyond Rs 1 crore, and Mumbaikars can definitely buy their dream home in this much amount. In fact, since it is not produced anymore, the watch is being resold for Rs 2.5 crore and above. Further, these watches were only available to those who had a McLaren connect and those who owned hypercars, such as the Senna, the Speedtail, or the P1.
