According to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department, the individual responsible for stealing Lily Collins' engagement ring is a wanted criminal in West Hollywood. The suspect, identified as 34-year-old Andreea Catalina Rosca, also known as Nicole Morri, has been implicated in multiple theft cases in the vicinity. Rosca faces charges for two additional burglaries in the area, involving the theft of jewelry and credit cards from lockers at a hotel spa and a yoga studio.
