FIR Filed Against Those Who Leaked, Forwarded Sidhu Moosewala's Unreleased Songs; Late Singer’s Mother Forgives First Arrested Accused
Well, it’s still hard to believe that Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala is no more. The void that his tragic demise left in the music industry will never be fulfilled. His ardent fans continue to remember him on social media by sharing his old memories and songs. But, sharing his unreleased songs can land you in legal trouble. The team of Sidhu has issued a warning that stern and legal action will be taken against those who try to leak and forward his unreleased songs. 

In fact, FIR has already been filed against unknown persons in connection with this and one person has got arrested. The team who is handling Moosewala’s social media handles shared pictures of an FIR and revealed that the first accused has been forgiven by Sidhu's mother Charan Kaur but others won't be given the same chance. The statement shared on the late singer’s Instagram stories read, “FIR has been filed against unknown persons who leaked and forwarded Sidhu Moose Wala's unreleased songs. We are sharing FIR copy. The first accused who got arrested has been forgiven by Sidhu's mother but we will not forgive next ones. Kindly don't engage in such activities.” ALSO READ: BREAKING! This development comes a day after Sidhu Moose Wala's last song ‘SYL’, released posthumously, was removed from YouTube. Sung, and composed by Sidhu himself, the song has reference to the Sutlej-Yamuna Link canal and also highlights the water issues between Punjab and Haryana. The track was released last week.

For the unversed, on May 29, Sidhu Moosewala was shot dead by unidentified assailants in Jawaharke village of Mansa district. He was killed a day after the Punjab Police withdrew his security. Reportedly, more than 30 rounds of bullets were fired on the car Sidhu was driving. Recently, popular Punjabi singer Mankirt Aulakh was given a clean cheat in Moose Wala’s murder case.
