Former Indian cricket team captain and the Member of Parliament in the Lok Sabha, Mohammad Azharuddin has met with a road mishap in Rajasthan and fortunately, he escaped unhurt in the car accident. Reportedly, his car lost control and crashed into a roadside restaurant in Soorwal town of Rajasthan’s Sawai Madhopur district on Wednesday when one of its tyres burst. Mr Azharuddin, along with his family, was travelling to the Ranthambhore National Park when this mishap occurred. After the news started circulating, Azharuddin said that it was a minor accident and that he is all safe. A few pictures of his crashed car surfaced on social media and his concerned fans said it didn't look like a minor accident at all.
He took to his Twitter handle to inform his fans that he is fine and thanked everyone for the wishes that he received after the news broke in. He wrote, "Thank you for all your messages. I had a minor accident today and I am well and safe by the grace of Allah. Thanks for all the concern." After he informed on Twitter, his fans heaved a sigh of relief and thanked God for keeping him all safe and sound. Many even poured 'Shukur Allahamdulliah' on his comment section.
Among many a fan wrote, "Ishwar ki kripa se aap theek hai. Ye bahut achchi baat hai. Century banayein, aap donon. Main prarthna karoonga, Bhagwaan ki anukampa aap par ho." while another one tweeted, "Captain, the picture of the car I saw in news was definitely not minor...its a serious damage... Lord grace saved my favourite and his beloved family...hope the person driving is absolutely ok now...he had some injury...do take care..."
