Zaid Darbar's journey on Alliance may have ended before the finale, but wife Gauahar Khan believes he walked away as the show's biggest winner. After watching the emotional episode, Gauahar took to social media to share a heartfelt message, applauding Zaid not just for his gameplay, but for staying true to his values when it mattered the most.
Expressing how emotional she felt, Gauahar said, "I'm a little shaky right now because I've finally watched today's episode of Alliance. I can't tell you how proud I am of my husband. And I'm so proud that I'm his wife."
She explained that Alliance is a game where contestants often have to choose between friendships and survival, "Because on a show like Alliance, where everyone is good, when it was their turn, they would definitely, choose themselves"
According to Gauahar, Zaid found himself in an impossible situation during the traitor round, where the easiest way to save himself would have been to shift the blame onto Kushal. Instead, he chose to honour the promise he had made. She says

to somebody who you genuinely
bonded with"
Reflecting on that decision, she said, "For a man to keep his word... it's beyond me." Gauahar praised Zaid for refusing to "throw Kushal under the bus," even though doing so could have changed the outcome of the game. She added that despite suffering "the biggest heartbreak" so close to the finale, he stood by his commitment and even celebrated Kushal's and his success of sacrifice and strategy, she adds " He could have thrown a shade But he didn't do that.

Calling it one of the rarest moments on the show, Gauahar said, "Zaid is the only one on this show who has done it.I'm so proud of him.

She described him as a contestant who always gave his all in every task, earning the respect of both his fellow contestants and the audience.
