The stories of affairs have been a part of every society and the favourite sport in the country hasn’t been left untouched by it. The players involved have both represented the Indian Cricket Team at the highest level. They have been teammates at various levels as well. According to Yahoo! Cricket, the cricketer, who has played multiple Test matches had an affair with his teammate’s wife behind his back. And the other teammate reportedly found out about this affair only after browsing through the mobile of his teammate whom he considered a friend.
Amusingly, both the teammates have played together at every level starting from age-group cricket up to Ranji Trophy and even IPL for the same team for a brief period of time. While the first teammate is known for his Test career at the international level, the other player has played all forms of cricket but is widely popular for his tournament winning six in the finals off the last ball.
Even after the whole thing came to light, the two played together for the same team and also batted together multiple times, but stopped talking to each other completely.
The couple divorced in 2012 and the wife soon after married the teammate whereas the cricketer famous for the six moved on and remarried a sportswoman in 2015.
