John Cena and Nikki Bella, once considered among the most loved couples, parted ways in 2018 and have, since then, moved on in their lives. While WWE star John Cena reportedly tied the knot with his girlfriend Shay Shariatzadeh, Nikki Bella has been on cloud nine since she gave birth to her first child with fiancé Artem Chigvintsev. Nikki and Artem welcomed their baby boy Matteo on July 31, and it was reported that John Cena reached out to her and congratulated her. Now, Nikki Bella has revealed how Artem reacted to this.
While speaking to Page Six, Nikki said that Artem was okay with it. She said that he is so secure in their relationship that it didn’t bother him at all when John reached out to Nikki. She said that’s what she loves about Artem- the fact that he is so secure and comfortable in the relationship. “That’s what I love about Artem. He’s just so comfortable in his own skin, in our relationship. He’s so secure – which he should be – that we could literally be friends with exes and it doesn’t bother us.”
Further, Nikki also clarified that John did not text her individually, but rather sent congratulatory message in a group text to her and her twin sister Brie Bella, who also gave birth to a baby boy on August 1. She said that she hasn’t talked to John Cena in a conversation in a long time, and it has been over a year.
