The viral footage captures the passenger running up to the captain and delivering a slap to his face. A flight attendant promptly intervenes, standing in front of the captain to manage the situation. Subsequently, another individual, clad in a sky blue hoodie, pulls the disruptive passenger away, causing commotion within the aircraft cabin. Bollywood actor Sonu Sood reacts to the incident. Sonu Sood conveyed his dismay and expressed concern, stating that airline staff might soon be required to undergo self-defence training programs to safeguard themselves from unruly passengers. "Soon self-defence training programs will become mandatory for airline staff if people continue to behave in such unruly ways!!" wrote the Simmba actor. A few hours earlier, Sonu Sood disclosed that he experienced a 3-hour delay at the airport. He encouraged people to exercise patience with the airport staff, emphasizing the uncontrollable influence of weather conditions. In a plea for civility, he stated, "I know it's difficult, but request everyone to be polite with the airline's crew. They are doing their best!" Sonu Sood highlighted the importance of respect and kindness towards the crew, asserting that delays are beyond their control.
In a subsequent story, he added, "Be kind to the crew and airline staff. Delays don't happen because of them." Notably, Radhika Apte also shared a post recounting being stranded in the aerobridge with fellow passengers for over an hour.
