Here’s yet another blow to the MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings team. After Suresh Raina, veteran off-spinner Harbhajan Singh had walked out CSK team ahead of IPL 2020. It was just a couple of days back, CSK CEO shared Raina’s exit from the Team and now Singh’s withdrawal from the team is making headlines and how. As per the latest report, Singh has cited personal reasons to the CSK team for exit. 

A source close to the development revealed to ANI, “He has not sent in any official communication and that is expected by today evening or tomorrow. But the team management has been told to prepare for the scenario wherein they may miss his services.” After traveling to UAE with the CSK team, Suresh Raina returned to India, while Singh, who was in India was prepping up for his fly. 

Earlier announcing Suresh Raina’s exit, CSK’s official Twitter handle had Tweeted, “Suresh Raina has returned to India for personal reasons and will be unavailable for the remainder of the IPL season. Chennai Super Kings offers complete support to Suresh and his family during this time. KS Viswanathan CEO.” However later it was confirmed that Raina’s Aunt and uncle were attacked in Pathankot in a violent attack. While his uncle passed away, aunt was in a critical condition.
