The Kolkata Knight Riders thrashed Royal Challengers Banglore in match nine of the IPL 2023 by 81 runs at the Eden Gardens ground in Kolkata. The KKR bowler Shardul Thakur was the man of the match as he contributed with both bat and bowl. Shardul ended up scoring 68 runs and took his team to a match-winning score.
