Jay Bhanushali-Mahhi Vij Divorce Rumours: After 15 Years of Marriage, Couple Sparks Speculation With Silent Separation

After 15 years of marriage, rumours are swirling that Jay Bhanushali and Mahhi Vij may be heading for divorce. While the couple have not issued any official comment, several reports suggest they finalised their separation around July-August and made arrangements concerning custody of their three children. 

According to sources, the issue reportedly began when Mahhi developed serious trust issues regarding Jay. Fans began noticing changes around 2024: the two stopped sharing joint posts and their last public family image together dates back to June.  Their last visible appearance together was at daughter Tara’s birthday celebration in August, where observers noted a visible distance between them. 

When queried about the status of her marriage, Mahhi responded sharply: “Why should I tell you? Are you my uncle?” and questioned why everyone cares so much, adding: “Even if it is the case, why should I tell you? Are you my uncle? Will you pay my lawyer’s fee? Why do people make such a big deal out of somebody’s divorce or separation? … They just want to blame someone. Do you even know the truth? What do you know?”

Jay and Mahhi tied the knot in 2010, and their family includes daughter Tara and two foster children, Rajveer and Khushi.  So far, the couple themselves have not publicly addressed the divorce speculation.
