Another suicide from the entertainment industry. In a shocking turn of events, Kannada actress Chandana commits suicide. The actress has ended her life by consuming poison on May 28 at her residence in Bengaluru. Chandana was 29. The case was reported on June 1. The Kannada actress has recorded her suicide on phone and had sent the video to her boyfriend and her parents. Soon after her parents received the video, they alarmed her neighbours, who then took to the nearest private hospital but she was announced dead on arrival.
According to online reports, Chandana was dating a man named Dinesh from past few years. In the above-mentioned video, she has blamed her boyfriend, who first impregnating and then refused to marry her. Reportedly, Chandana’s parents’ were against this relationship and her marrying Dinesh. The Sandalwood actress’ lover is currently missing. Dinesh allegedly had a history of cheating girls.
A couple of days back, TV show Crime Patrol’s actress Preksha Mehta too took the drastic step. Before taking her life, she had written on Insa, "Sabse bura hota hai sapno ka marjana". Later, a copy of her suicide note was surfaced and it was full of pain.

Not blaming any person for her death, Preksha had written, "Mere toote huye sapno ne mere confidence ka dam tod diya hai, main mare huye sapnon ke saath nahi jee sakti. Iss negativity ke saath rehna mushkil hai. Pichle ek saal se maine bohot koshish ki. Ab mein thak gayi hoon'. She had been very depressed about not getting work." Also her cousin who stayed near her house explained what happened a night before she took the drastic step, "She was a vibrant girl since childhood, but lately she had been very quiet."
