Katrina Kaif And Vicky Kaushal Reveal Baby Boy’s Name, Share First Glimpse Of Their Little ‘Ray of Light’

Bollywood’s beloved couple Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal have delighted fans by revealing the name of their baby boy and sharing the very first glimpse of their little one on social media. The pair, who tied the knot in 2021, welcomed their son on November 7, 2025, bringing an abundance of joy into their lives. After keeping details about their child private for some time, they chose January 7, 2026 to introduce him to the world with a heartfelt announcement. 

In a joint Instagram post, Katrina and Vicky shared a touching photograph that captures them holding their son’s tiny hand. Alongside the image, they revealed his name: Vihaan Kaushal. Katrina lovingly described their baby as “the ray” of their lives and conveyed how much happiness he has brought to their world. In their caption, they wrote:

“Our Ray of Light, Vihaan Kaushal. Prayers are answered. Life is beautiful. Our world has changed in an instant. Gratitude beyond words.” 

The couple also explained the significance of the name Vihaan, which is rooted in Sanskrit and signifies sunrise, dawn, or the beginning of a new era—a fitting tribute to their new chapter as parents.

Alongside the joy of naming their son, Vicky spoke about how transformative fatherhood has been for him. He shared that embracing this new role has been magical and that he’s even picked up skills like changing diapers—something he now jokingly notes he’s become better at than acting.
