Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan Tests Positive For Coronavirus; Appeals His Colleagues Who Met Him To Undergo Tests
Coronavirus is spreading like a wildfire and the number of cases is shooting up with every single day. Now the latest public figure to contract the virus is Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan, who has recently tested positive for COVID-19. To everyone’s attention, he is the first CM to be tested positive for COVID-19. Taking to social media, MP CM informed his followers on social media. 

MP CM Shivraj Singh Chauhan took to his Twitter handle and tweeted, “My dear countrymen, I was having Covid-19 symptoms and after the test, my report came back positive. I appeal to all my colleagues that whoever has come in contact with me, get their corona test done. My close contacts have been moved to quarantine.”

His series of Tweets further read, “I am following all Covid guidelines and have quarantined myself as per the advice of the doctors...I will be participating in the daily COVID19 review meeting via video conferencing. I made every effort to avoid Corona but people used to meet on many subjects." "I have been reviewing the status of corona infection every evening since 25 March. I will try to review Corona with video conferencing as much as possible now.” 

Not only politicians but many Bollywood actors tested positive this month. Living legend Amitabh Bachchan to his son Abhishek, daughter in law Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and granddaughter Aaradhya Rai Bachchan also tested positive.

Well, we hope CM Shivaraj Singh Chauhan recovers soon from COVID-19.
