MP Nusrat Jahan Reports To Kolkata Police As A Dating App Uses Her Pictures Without Consent; Gets Quick Response

Actress and Member of Parliament often makes it to the headlines for her stunning pictures. However, recently she complained about her pictures being used by a dating App. She took to her Twitter handle to complain that her pictures are being used for the advertisements on an App called FancyU. She mentioned that her pictures are being used without her consent and that she is willing to take this up legally. She asked for help from Kolkata Police and Cyber Cell.

She tweeted, "This is totally unacceptable - using pictures without consent. Would request the Cyber Cell of @KolkataPolice  to kindly look into the same. I am ready to take this up legally." Immediately she got a response from Commissioner of Police, Kolkata, Anuj Sharma. Later, Kolkata Police replied saying that they have taken the note of the matter and will take necessary action in the given case.

Nusrat Jahan then thanked the police for the quick response. Many of Nusrat's fans also came out in support of her and slammed the App for using her pictures. Check out her tweets below:
