It’s been quite a while now since former ace Indian skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni has not been back to the playing field. After giving out a stellar performance on the cricket field in the ICC Cricket World Cup semi-finals against New Zealand, MS Dhoni has been on a break from the game ever since. As the former Indian captain served his duty in Kashmir from July to August for 15 days for his Territorial Army Battalion, after spending his time with the army, MS Dhoni is now set to produce a show which will feature stories of decorated army men.
Since his return after serving his battalion in Kashmir, Mahendra Singh Dhoni charmed fans by making his presence during a recently held cricket match in his hometown. Now, according to a report in Mumbai Mirror, the former Indian captain is set to produce a series on the lives of the army men. As per a source close to the development of the project, the show is a series revolving around the personal stories of military officials who have been famous for gallantry with top honors like Ashoka Chakra and Param Vir Chakra. As MS Dhoni knows the journey of the people who have selflessly served the nation and the hardships they have faced while doing so, the former Indian skipper wants to bring them into the spotlight through this show.
