A few celebrities had also tested positive for COVID-19, thereby proving that absolutely no one is immune to this virus, and utmost precautions are necessary. Now, a few reports on the Internet stated that Kollywood couple Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan have tested positive for Coronavirus, leaving their fans worried.
While the rumours spread like wildfire, looks like they are actually untrue. As per a report in 123telugu.com, the official spokespersons of Nayanthara and Vignesh have rubbished these rumours, and in fact, clarified that both Nayanthara and Vignesh are absolutely fine. They also urged fans to not believe any such rumours. Well, we are sure their fans are relieved now, given how worried they were after finding out! Turns out, both Nayanthara and Vignesh are in good health.
In other news, Vignesh Shivan, on finding out about Sushant Singh Rajput’s demise on June 14, was in disbelief. He took to his Twitter and wrote, “Please please ! Tell me it’s a fake news! Tears rolling ... the man who brought so many wonderful characters to life..! Always smiling and spreading so much of warmth ! This young young Boy can’t leave soooo sooon! So much to do , so much to achieve ... heart wrenching omg.”
On the professional front, Nayanthara will be seen next in Mookuthi Amman, however, it’s release has been postponed due to Coronavirus outbreak. She will also be seen in Vignesh Shivan's upcoming film, Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal, which also stars Samantha Akkineni and Vijay Sethupathi.
