Akshay Kumar posted, “Deeply shocked and saddened to hear about the attack on the bus carrying pilgrims in Reasi. Heart goes out to the families who lost their loved ones. Praying for the speedy recovery of the injured.” His message reflected the grief that many in the industry feel over the loss of innocent lives.

Farhan Akhtar also reacted strongly, saying, “Saddened and angered by the cowardly attack on pilgrims in Reasi. Praying for the souls of the deceased and for the injured to recover.
