Pakistani Actor Ushna Shah QUITS Instagram After Being Trolled For Her Wedding Outfit! Shares Her Disappointment In Statement-READ BELOW
Social media trolls often go overboard and can easily push any individual to force their ouster. Pakistani actor Ushna Shah was pushed to quit social media just days after she tied the knot with golfer, Hamza Amin. The couple was married in Karachi amidst close friends and stars from the entertainment world. Ushna had also shared a few cutsy romantic photos with her husband from their wedding.

However, what followed was nothing short of a nightmare. The social media star received heavy backlash for her Indian-style bridal lehenga. The incident soon turned controversial and following the trolling Ushna has now deactivated her Instagram account.

It all sparked after Shah shared the pictures from her wedding on her IG handle. Many  fiercely criticising her choice of wedding outfit.

In the view of heavy criticism, Ushna deactivated her Instagram account. She even shared a note on her Instagram stories and mentioned that she has never reacted to the trolls earlier, but as a new bride, she has worked hard to keep her wedding private.

Sharing her disappointment, she revealed that several people invaded her privacy and disrupted her nikkah.

Her note read: "I haven't reacted to online trolling for years, but I am a human being at a very vulnerable time of my life. A new bride in a new home. From hiring photography teams who signed NDAs to hiring security and strict guest lists at the door, I wanted to protect our union and only share what I was comfortable with, I worked very hard to make this time private. Several people invaded that privacy to exploit our happy occasion, including disrupting our nikkah. As any bride would be, I was mortified, only times a million. I had a human moment and I reacted, I exposed the first person I learned invaded my privacy, I defended myself, I even retracted because they apologised, and I learned others were also involved, in worse ways, and because the damage done to me couldn't be undone either way."

In her series of Instagram stories, she also maintained that she is taking a break from social media and shared that she worked hard to keep her wedding private but was bullied for wearing a red lehenga when her pictures wehre shared online without her permission.

Shah added, "I have read many of the comments, they don't seem to stop. Please believe that I did not get married to offend our culture, that was not the intention, and if that is what people feel I have done then I apologise for letting anyone down. I am going to sign off from this platform for a few days, for the sake of my mental health, and to spend this precious time and energy on my wonderful husband and my new family which is a blessing. I am also questioning if I am cut out for this job. Thank you for the love and prayers."

She also slammed the photogrpher who allegedly sneaked a drone into her wedding and shared the pictures with the help of fashion blogger who was invited to her wedding. Sharing the screenshots of the conversation, she continued:

"I apologised to AB (a fashion blogger) only to save him from trolling and I am getting mercilessly bullied for getting married my way. For desperately trying to keep my shaadi (wedding) my own. For being upset that my nikkah (wedding ceremony) got interrupted by a drone and for feeling violated. Hundreds of thousands of messages. This is beyond cruel. Please forgive me for wearing what I wore and for trying to protect what was meant to be only mine. I did not sign up for any of this. I am bowing out of this narrative."

Ushna Shah had shared the romatic pictures on February 27, 2023 with her husband Hamza Amin on her social media handle for which she was mercilessly trolled. However, she replied to the trolls who criticised her for dressing up like an Indian bride.
