Childhood sweethearts Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant, who are all set to get married, hosted a pre-engagement ceremony
Being one of the most influential families in India’s, no celebration in the Ambani household goes unnoticed. Mukesh and Nita Ambani, are on cloud nine as they are all set to welcome their second daughter-in-law. Their youngest son Anant and his fiance Radhika Merchant, recently hosted a pre-engagement mehendi ceremony on Tuesday. The pictures and videos from the ceremony have gone viral and netizens can’t stop complimenting Radhika’s beauty.
Talking about the ceremony, the trained Bharatnatyam dancer opted for a hot pink custom-made, multi-colour silk lehenga with embroidered floral booties and mirrors. Her entire outfit was designed by Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. Sharing pictures that were clicked by celebrity photographer Dabboo Ratnani, they captioned her pictures. “The Hues of Joy! Radhika Merchant is the picture of romantic bliss in this custom-made multi-colour resham lehenga embroidered with floral booties and mirrors at her mehendi ceremony.”
Just like every one of their functions, the pictures and videos from the pre-engagement mehendi ceremony too have gone viral. In one of the videos, Radhika can even be seen dancing to Alia Bhatt’s song ‘Ghar More Pardesiya’ from Kalank. Fans can’t stop gushing about her mehendi photographs. The soon-to-be-bride was also seen posing with her mother Shaila Merchant and her elder sister Anjali Merchant, who is pregnant.

For the unversed, Anant’s fiance Radhika, is the daughter of Encore Healthcare CEO Viren Merchant and Shaila Merchant. Both the families had gotten together for the Roka ceremony at the Shrinathji Temple at Nathdwara in Rajasthan on December 29. While the details of the upcoming nuptials are yet to be revealed, the childhood sweethearts will be getting married in a lavish ceremony.
