Ratan Tata Comes To The Aid Of A Woman After She Was Slammed For Calling Him ‘Chhotu’
Ratan Tata took to his Instagram and shared an endearing note after reaching 1 million followers. A woman referred to him as ‘Chhotu’ in the comments and got trolled for the same, after which, Ratan Tata defended her and his reply has won us over
Business tycoon Ratan Tata made his Instagram debut in October last year, and he was pretty excited about joining IG. He had written back then that he knows nothing about breaking the Internet, but clearly he does, and his captivating Instagram posts are proof! In just 4 months, the Tata Sons' Chairman Emeritus gained a massive following. He reached 1 million followers on IG and to celebrate the milestone, he took to his Instagram and shared an endearing note, along with a picture of his own.
As usual, his Instagram post was met with a lot of love and several comments poured in congratulating him. One particular comment by a social media user read, “Congratulations chhotu". Now, this comment didn’t go down well with Ratan Tata’s fans and they replied to it, slamming her for calling him chhotu. Some called her disrespectful, many called it shameful. But Ratan Tata jumped to her defense and wrote, “There is a child in each of us. Please treat this young lady with respect."This comment of his is winning over the Internet.

That’s not all though. Soon after, the woman deleted her comment. Ratan Tata took to his Instagram stories and wrote, “A very innocent young lady expressed her heartfelt sentiments yesterday and called me a kid in one of her comments. She was bullied and disrespected for this, and in the end she deleted her sentiments. I appreciate and respect the heartfelt note that the young lady had left me, and hope she will not refrain from posting again.”
