Resham Tipnis's Son Fake Death News: Actress Rubbishes Rumours, Confirms Manav Is Safe And Healthy!
Actress Resham Tipnis has firmly denied baseless rumours claiming that her 14-year-old son, Manav, died by suicide. The actress took to social media to clarify that her son is safe and healthy, slamming the false reports circulating online.
Responding to the rumours that falsely linked her son to a tragic incident in Mumbai’s Kandivali, Resham shared an Instagram post stating: “Please ignore this. Somebody is spreading fake news about my son Manav. He is fine and healthy by Bappa’s blessings. But whoever has done this is going behind bars. If anyone can help me find them, please comment.”
She also urged followers to “mass report” the Instagram page Laughing Colours, which was allegedly responsible for spreading the misinformation. Although the post has now been deleted, Tipnis expressed her anger and promised legal action against those responsible.
The rumours stemmed from a real incident involving a 14-year-old Class 9 student who died after falling from the 57th floor of a high-rise building in Kandivali West. The boy had reportedly argued with his mother over attending tuition classes before stepping out of the house. Mumbai Police have registered an accidental death report and are currently investigating the matter. No foul play has been found so far, but officials are speaking with the boy’s family, school authorities, and friends to gather more information.
Known for her roles in popular shows like Tu Tu Main Main and Shrimaan Shrimati, Resham Tipnis condemned the spread of fake news and stressed the emotional toll such misinformation can take on families.
