Sana Khan Pregnant: Former Actress Opens Up About Difficulties During Her First Trimester; Says, ‘Couldn’t Get Out Of Bed, I Would Sit And Cry’
Days after announcing her pregnancy, Sana Khan has now opened up about the difficulties she faced during her first trimester
Former renowned Bollywood actress Sana Khan is currently in seventh heaven. She is all set to embrace motherhood for the first time at the age of 34. During a recent interaction with Iqra TV, she and her husband Mufti Anas Saiyad announced that they are expecting their first child and expressed their elation on the prospect of growing their family. Now she has opened up about the challenges she faced during her first trimester.
In an interview with ETimes, Sana revealed that there were times when she couldn’t get out of the bed due to “severe aversions, fever, and vomiting.” She would often sit and cry because of hormonal changes and while she still feels nauseous, she has a newfound respect for mothers. She went on to share her views of the changes in her body and how it doesn’t matter since she wants her baby to get all the nutrients. Quoted by BollywoodShaadis.com, she said, “When the body is transforming, weight is the first thing that comes to your mind, but I am not bothered about it because it is important that the baby gets vital nutrients and is healthy. Aise hi upar wale ne maa ka darja itna bada nahi kiya hai. I can feel my baby playing and moving at full speed inside me throughout the night. My child is definitely giving me sleepless nights. The Jai Ho actress went on to reveal that she regrets getting married at the age of 31 as it has delayed everything for her. However, it was important for her to find her soulmate first. Talking about how her and Anas would like to have a nursery full of kids, Sana added, “Anas and I can’t wait to hold this bundle of joy in our arms.”
After quitting the entertainment industry, Sana is currently living her best life with her husband. She is often seen taking to social media to share pictures and videos with Anas from their travels. In an interview, earlier she had expressed how meeting him for the first time in 2017 in Mecca, truly changed her life. For the unversed, she got married to the Gujarat-based businessman in an intimate wedding ceremony in November 2020.
