Television actress Shefali Jariwala, known for her iconic appearance in the music video Kaanta Laga, was laid to rest as her ashes were immersed in the sea on June 30. The final ritual was carried out by her husband, actor Parag Tyagi, and close family members.
Shefali passed away on June 27, leaving behind a wave of shock and grief across the entertainment industry. After her sudden demise, her last rites were conducted on June 28 in Mumbai, where many celebrities, including Karanvir Bohra, Teejay Sidhu, and Shweta Tiwari, came to pay their respects.
On Sunday, a heart-wrenching moment unfolded at the beach where Parag Tyagi performed the ritual of immersing Shefali's ashes. Photographs from the ceremony show Parag dressed in white, standing quietly by the seashore, visibly emotional and surrounded by a few close relatives.
