In a shocking twist of turns, two actors from the upcoming Malayalam film ‘Saturday Night’ were sexually harassed by the men in the crowd during an event. Both the female actors took to social media to share their ordeals and revealed during the promotions of the film at Hilite mall in Kozhikode, a man in the crowd tried to touch them inappropriately. One of the actors stated in her post that this shocking incident left her numb.
A video of an actress slapping men from the crowd has gone viral on social media. She could be seen slapping someone as she exits the venue. The actor took to her Facebook page to give a detailed account of the incident and narrated it in Malayalam. The actress asserted that she has been touring different cities in the state with her team for promotions but she never faced an incident like this anywhere. She also stated that the whole incident has left her shocked. In her FB post, she asked, “Are you perverts done?.” The comments section of this post was flooded with netizens attacking the organizers for poor management. One user wrote, “it’s a shameful thing.”
Meanwhile, the promotional event for Saturday Night which was held at Hilite mall got cancelled after the organisers failed to control the huge crowd gathered there. Talking about the film 'Saturday Night', it has been directed by Rosshan Andrrews and stars Nivin Pauly, Saniya Iyyapan, Aju Varghese, and Saiju Kurup.
