WWE has been an integral part of almost every teenager, and as veteran WWE wrestler The Undertaker brought the curtains down on his illustrious 30-year wrestling career, his fans came together and bid farewell to the legend on social media. The Undertaker aka Mark Callaway bid farewell to the WWE Universe at Survivor Series on Sunday night. Abhishek Bachchan, who has been a fan of The Undertaker since his teenage years, paid a tribute to the legend on social media.

Abhishek Bachchan took to his Twitter account and shared a GIF showing the remarkable entrance of The Undertaker as he emerged through the smoke. In his tweet, Abhishek Bachchan recalled the time when he saw the Undertaker for the first time, and wrote that he had been in awe of him. Bidding farewell, Abhishek called him an ‘absolute legend’, and added that the whole world has been in awe of him.

Abhishek Bachchan’s tweet read, “Remember as a young teenager seeing this for the 1st time and being in absolute awe! Since then, the whole world has been in awe! Absolute LEGEND! #FarewellTaker @undertaker.” Check out the tweet below:


Meanwhile, The Undertaker’s many friends and rivals through his wrestling career made appearances while they paid a tribute to him. Shane McMahon, Big Show, JBL, Jeff Hardy, Mick Foley, The Godfather, The Godwinns, Savio Vega, Rikishi, Kevin Nash, Ric Flair, Booker T, Shawn Michaels, Triple H and Kane entered the WWE ThunderDome. The Undertaker bid farewell and said, “For 30 long years I've made that slow walk to this ring and have laid people to rest time and time again. And now my time has come. My time has come to let The Undertaker rest in peace.”
