Tik Tok star Faisal Shaikh popularly known as Mr Faisu’s music video, Maangi Duaein finally hits the internet, this tale of mushy romance with a heartbreaking end stars Ruhii Singh as his onscreen ladylove. The song opens with Faisu recalling the happy moments spent with her; from his attempt at cooking a lovely meal for her, to having a jamming session and more, the two are just perfectly setting couple goals for millennial with their music video Maangi Duaein, however, destiny pulls them apart as seen at the end of the video.
This song is crafted by the ace music composer duo Salim-Sulaiman, also making this music video more special, it is the first one to be recorded under the label, Merchant Records which is a venture in partnership with Qyuki. Crooned by Raghav Chaitanya, it is penned by Shraddha Pandit giving it a perfect mood, just apt for a monsoon afternoon. Faisu sharing the video on his Instagram account shared a video clip from the song, and wrote, "They both loved each other but some stories remain incomplete.... Hey, Guys so finally maangiduaein is out now !!! Let’s shower some lovee to this video! #maangiduaein,” followed by a red heart emoji.
Ruhii took to her Instagram account and shared some mesmerizing song stills from the music video just a day before its release. Sounding all excited, she was praising the music composer duo in her post, she wrote, “ @salimsulaimanmusic are known for their intricate detailing, melodious tunes and majestic notes. Their music is soulful and extravagant always, and it was such an honour being a part of their next. A still from #mangiduaein One day to go!”
