The entire fiasco has sparked a debate online on what has become appropriate for women to wear in public spaces like the metro. While many claimed that the girl shouldn’t be bothered and that it is her choice to wear what she wants, others lashed out at the netizens for clicking pictures and videos of the girl without her knowledge and sharing it on social media.
