It’s Indian Cricket Team captain Virat Kohli’s birthday today, and an animated series titled ‘Super V’, is all set to air today. Super V is a fictional series that is based loosely on the ace cricketer’s life and is about a teenager who discovers his superpowers and uses them to save the world from the villain. For the launch of the animated series, Virat Kohli interacted with Kulfi from Kulfi Kumar Bajewala and also many kids in the audience and revealed a lot of fun things like his favourite superhero and cartoons.

In the Star Sports video, shared on Hotstar, Kulfi asks Virat Kohli who his favourite superhero was, during his childhood. To which, he replied by saying that he loved Captain Planet and also shared that as a kid, he would look forward to watching the cartoon daily. Apart from that, he also mentioned that Scooby-Doo was on his list too, even though he wasn’t exactly a superhero and it was more of entertainment and fun. He further said, “Captain Planet was one superhero who I thought was the dude.” Virat Kohli further mentioned that as a kid, he wanted to don the costume of Captain Planet or Spider-Man. Kids back then donned Spiderman costumes, and he thought it was so cool. He also said that he wanted to wear the costume and roam around in it, scaring people off!
