Singer Neha Kakkar received severe backlash on social media after she released a remake version of Falguni Pathak’s iconic song ‘Maine Payal Hai Chankai.’ Netizens brutally troll Neha saying she ruined their childhood, even Falguni was upset over the remix song and said she was ‘about to puke’. Amidst this ongoing row over the song, Dhanashree Verma, who featured in the remix song ‘O Sajna’, stated Kakkar’s revamped version is better than the original song. Shocked right? So, do fans!
In an interview with Mid-Day, Dhanashree asserted that the way composers Tanishk Bagchi, Neha, and Jaani worked together on the remix song, they just made it even better. She was quoted saying, “We all love this song. We have grown up listening to this song. We still listen to this song every year. When we found out it is being recreated we both got very excited because we know the song is loved by everyone and it will be loved even further if you recreate it. The way our composers Tanishk (Bagchi) Neha, and Jaani, all these guys together, they just made it even better. They have amply justified what they had to.”ALSO READ:WHAT!
