Dutch vlogger Nikkie de Jager AKA NikkieTutorials is widely famous for her interesting videos. The YouTuber has been entertaining all her fans with some amazing content worldwide and has a fan base of 13.3 Million subscribers on the video-sharing application. Just recently, Nikkie took the internet by storm with her coming out as a Transgender video. As NikkieTutorials received a lot praise from fans after the release of her coming out video, she marked her debut on The Ellen Show and found the host Ellen DeGeneres not-so-interesting and warming.
Speaking with Matthijs van Nieuwkerk on the talk show De Wereld Draait Door in the Netherlands, beauty YouTuber NikkieTutorials shared her experience with world-famous talk show The Ellen Show host Ellen DeGeneres. During the interview, Nikkie who featured on The Ellen Show earlier this year opened up about DeGeneres being not that nice as she hoped she would be. When van Nieuwkerk questioned Nikkie how her experience of being on the show was, de Jager said, “It's really nice that you came over and said hello to me... She didn't."
Hinting about Ellen DeGeneres not being that nice to her as she hoped, Nikke mentioned that the host did not even come over and greet her by saying Hello like any other person would. During the interview, the Dutch host then went on to ask Nikkie to share more about her experience, where she mentioned that the show felt like a whole different world. The YouTuber said, “What I’ve experienced here and in other countries [is] that it's really a whole different world. It’s more distant.”
Meanwhile, NikkieTutorials also mentioned that it was her honour to be on such a huge platform like the Ellen DeGeneres show after her YouTube video about coming out as a Transgender went viral like crazy. Talking about the decision of coming out to fans, Nikkie de Jager revealed that she was blackmailed by a person who threatened her would out her in public. However, speaking with DeGeneres, Nikkie added that it was her best decision sharing the news with fans.
